Just been doing some more reading and having more mini heart attacks! So to those of you already BR, what can I keep?
Things I know about are assest (car/home/antiques/life assurance) but those in the dark are.......

Sky TV (basic package)
BT line
Gas & Electricity (not metered)
Mobile phone (contract)
Debit card with bank
Ebay account
Council tax (pay monthly)

Thats all I can think of for now,TA!

Have a quick chat with the bank and let them know your situation and you should be fine.

Dont owe them anything but account only 2 months old.

Have set 2 days aside next week to get selling on ebay, sooner we get this sorted the better, stress driving me nuts, still, on the positive side at least I've lost the baby weight now!!!!!!

Absolutely ... I did! I believe everything else should be ok, but you could lose your debit card (depends on how your bank deal with it ... do you owe them anything?).

So there is no allowance for it, but if I can find another way to pay for it I can keep it?

Any idea on the other things.......

Absolutely, I kept my Sky TV in the same way!

All of those will be safe from your bankruptcy. The OR does not allow Sky TV, but you ought to be left with some disposable income which you can continue to pay this out with.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
