Skippy	Posted - 29 June 2008 : 13:58:01 Hi Pat and welcome to the forum. If you get a job before you are discharged you will need to notify the OR and complete a new I & E. If you have more than Ł100 surplus you will pay a percentage of that surplus into an IPA (Income Payment Agreement). If you get a job after discharge you will not need to notify the OR as no IPA can be put in place. Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
