Hi pat how do you mean what will happen to your wages do you mean will you need to pay money back or.........

Hi Pat and welcome to the forum.

If you get a job before you are discharged you will need to notify the OR and complete a new I & E. If you have more than £100 surplus you will pay a percentage of that surplus into an IPA (Income Payment Agreement). If you get a job after discharge you will not need to notify the OR as no IPA can be put in place.
