I was declared BR 12.06.08 and am still recieving letters and calls from the bank. I was wondering how long this will go on for? I will call the OR tomorrow and inform them.

Posted - 16 July 2008 : 22:38:57 Your bank should have reacted to the fact that you are bankrupt by now, although sometimes in the larger organisations things do take a little longer to get around. As you say let the OR deal with this.
