Posted - 17 July 2008 : 21:23:03 Does the OR look through my Bank statements later on in my Bankruptcy to make sure I havn't been Gambling, wasting money, going to the Off Licence every day spending £100's etc? My point is ...is it the case that If I pay the IPA each month they leave you to 'tick along'??

Posted - 18 July 2008 : 00:15:03 It is extremely unlikely that the OR will ever ask you for sight of bank statements once his investigations into your affairs are concluded, but if they do ask you do have a duty to produce the documents for inspection.
For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
