                | alfiesmum | Posted - 21 July 2009 : 16:32:59 I was declared bankrupt on 25/7/2008. I started my Payment Agreement in November 2008 and have been making payments ever since. I know the house I owned at the time has been sold. I haven't been contacted by anyone since the beginning of the year. Any idea when I will be discharged??

I won't have a fortune but I'm 40 in two years time and would like to go on holiday to celebrate it. It will coincide nearly with my final IPA payment too. Skippy 13 - I'm following your hints on clearing up my credit file - thanks :-)

                | Skippy | Posted - 21 July 2009 : 16:49:57 It's automatic discharge you won't hear anything from the OR. Your details will change on the insolvency register to show that you are discharged so make sure you print a copy in case you need proof of discharge. After 3 months you'll drop off the register completely.

Have a look on the Insolvency Register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/) and if you aren't already discharged then you will be on Saturday
