If you declare bankruptcy in the UK you will be considered to be bankrupt in all other EC countries.

Posted - 16 August 2008 : 10:46:56 Hi not being familiar with French insolvency law or the code of practise in French banks i'm afraid I'm unable to comment on the effect your UK debts will have.
