i m french i lived in the uk for 9 years, i m black listed in the uk, can declare bankcruptcy . does affect my financial stuiation in frence?

not being familiar with French insolvency law or the code of practise in French banks i'm afraid I'm unable to comment on the effect your UK debts will have.

If you declare bankruptcy in the UK you will be considered to be bankrupt in all other EC countries.
