Posted - 23 August 2008 : 22:01:46 Hi Donna and welcome, From what I understand open declaring bantruptcy if you have a credit balance then yes the OR will want that money to pay towards your creditors. You may want to with draw your money before BR then open an account the same day so that you can set up DD's etc, Coop cashminder are good and there are a few others out there that will give you just a basic account no frills. I believe im right in what I have said if im wrong I dare say some will correct me. Hope this has helped. Jo
