Posted - 24 August 2008 : 19:07:28 Hi and welcome. My first thoughts are yes as long as you can find a 3rd party to buy the BI £1 plus the legal fee which i think is £211. Also is it both of you going bankrupt or just one of you. Hope i helped Jo
