Posted - 24 August 2008 : 20:25:55 Hi yes you can but you would need a reason why you couldn't return to do so yourself and you would also need to give someone Power of Attorney to act on your behalf.
I think in PoW cases the BR must be filed at the High Court in the Strand, London.
