Posted - 25 August 2008 : 15:33:17 Hi!I am British citizen and my OH is a foreign national(asian),hes got a permanent resident visa,been in the UK since 2004,can he apply for bankruptcy at the local court with me or does he have to go to higher courts in london?pls let me know.Many thanks!

Posted - 25 August 2008 : 17:39:13 Hi as far as I understand it your OH will need to file at the High Court. You could always call your local county court anonymously to make sure.
