Hi!I am British citizen and my OH is a foreign national(asian),hes got a permanent resident visa,been in the UK since 2004,can he apply for bankruptcy at the local court with me or does he have to go to higher courts in london?pls let me know.Many thanks!

I am sorry but i cant answer your question as i dont have any knowledge of this but hopefully John another expert may be along shortly to help you.

as far as I understand it your OH will need to file at the High Court.
You could always call your local county court anonymously to make sure.
