Just wanted to know if i would be legally be able to use an old credit card that wasnt a creditor assuming by luck that they didnt close it ?
After ive been discharged that is.

Posted - 06 February 2010 : 15:25:36 you should not use any pre bankruptcy credit cards, rhet should have all been cut up and returned to the lender or the OR. If a bank wants to lend to you, you should go through a normal application
