Posted - 10 February 2010 : 19:15:03 I have a no equity in my home and I am trying to sell it, at the moment I am working in a casual job which doesnt even beging to cover any mortgage payments, I am able to live with my daughter and therefore wish to walk away from my house and hand back the keys, I am 60 years old and would never require a mortgage or credit again, I have currently an IVA which has been running for 18months this I cannot continue to pay, my question is the situation is of a no remedy situation with regard to paying of my debt to the mortgage provider and the IVA, these debts alone add up to 1300 per month, so my question is I wish to go Bankrupt and I am not sure what or how to do it or even with a currently running IVA can I . Thanks for your time. |
