Posted - 01 March 2010 : 07:07:52 hi there guys i have a query: i was declared BR in december currently claiming benefit. i have a 99% chance of starting a new job next week but it is only temporary for 10 weeks. Does anyone know how will the OR deal with this? thanks in advance,

Posted - 01 March 2010 : 08:24:41 Under the terms of the Bankruptcy you have a duty to keep the OR up to date of any changes. The chances however of them looking at your income with a view to an IPO/IPA are very slim as your costs etc will increase due to your employment, such as travel etc and i doubt your temporary work will be of such a high level of income to warrant any time being spent by the OR in setting up a short term IPO/IPA !!
It is best to let them know of the job, but I don't think it is going to warrant any problems for you, COnrgatulations on finding work in the difficult times, Well done!!!
