speak to CAB in first instance then get back to scottish power as they appear to be giving you the run around

Hi Andrew

is this Scottish power debt one that should have been included in bankruptcy ? Scottish power have this "wonderful habit" of resurecting old debts and chancing their arm in case you have come into money and want to now pay them.

They cannot collect any money that originated prior to bankruptcy.

good luck Richard

welcome to the forum
each creditor is different with what they will accept
talk to them and if necessary complete an income and expenditure form for them and then they will consider token or other small payments towards the debt.

RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
