Posted - 31 May 2010 : 07:09:06 Hi, I need some serious help and guidance. I've declared myself bankrupt, just as I assumed it would be all over and felt relieved like the world had been lifted from my shoulders I recieve a letter from "the insolvency service" asking me to explain were my cash withdrawal funds have been used. And in all honesty I can see it seems suspicious but the amounts withdrawn were used to pay loans I had taken from family members and friends in the past. I'm a little confused as to how I would show or provide proof of such a matter. Please could you help mr out I'd be very greatful. Many thanks in advanced.

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
