Hi, I need some serious help and guidance. I've declared myself bankrupt, just as I assumed it would be all over and felt relieved like the world had been lifted from my shoulders I recieve a letter from "the insolvency service" asking me to explain were my cash withdrawal funds have been used. And in all honesty I can see it seems suspicious but the amounts withdrawn were used to pay loans I had taken from family members and friends in the past. I'm a little confused as to how I would show or provide proof of such a matter. Please could you help mr out I'd be very greatful.
Many thanks in advanced.

They just seem to be asking ou to explain rather than prove, so just tell them who when and how much they lent you and ehat was repaid

if you have favoured family or friends in repaying loans over other creditors then it is likely that the OR wil want to pursue these loan repayments and claim it back to redistribute amonst all creditors
