Posted - 18 July 2010 : 17:21:02 Hi I am looking into going bankcrupt. I am currently 3rd party on 2 of m dad's accounts (Not held as joint accounts - just 3rd party) Will my dad's accounts be frozen when i'm declared bankcrupt?
