Hi I am looking into going bankcrupt. I am currently 3rd party on 2 of m dad's accounts (Not held as joint accounts - just 3rd party) Will my dad's accounts be frozen when i'm declared bankcrupt?
If your connected with them the bank may decide that they do not want to do business with you or your dad anymore, but they cannot take the money from him
