Posted - 28 July 2010 : 05:24:05 Hi, I owe around £25,000 to £30,000 in Credit Card Bills much of which built up by interest rates. I'm unemployed and do not own my own property or car. I have no items of value at all. Can I declare myself bankrupt as an alternative to now failing to be able to make all monthly payments. Many Thanks
