The Company Director's Disqualification Act refers only to companies incorporated in Great Britain, or companies incorporated elsewhere which have a place of business in Great Britain.

Posted - 10 August 2010 : 06:58:51 My understanding is that undiscerning BRs cannot be a director of a company that is registered in England & Wales in which case you could set up a company in another country but someone else may have more information regarding this.
