In general, how long after attending Court to file for BR does it take to have your interview with the OR?
My husband and I will be filing at the Royal Courts of Justice in London - does anyone have any experience of how long things take at this court?

Posted - 12 August 2010 : 08:35:38 You will normally have the OR's interview within 7-10 days of being declared BR. The OR will normally contact you a couple of days after the BR hearing to set up an interview date.
For the RCOJ I believe you turn up at 10am and hand the forms in and then return at about 1pm or 2pm to be declared BR.
