Posted - 16 August 2010 : 20:59:15 Paul's right, not all courts deal with BR - my local court didn't. Have a look on www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/HMCSCourtFinder to find your local court.
Regarding your address, the you will need to put down the address that you are currently living at, and all addresses for the last 3 (I think) years.
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!

Posted - 16 August 2010 : 20:54:45 Hi You need to apply to the court for the area that you have been living in for "the majority of the last 6 months" so you apply from your current address.
double check with the court though because not all courts process bankruptcy petitions.
