Posted - 20 October 2010 : 11:41:37 I am soon going bankrupt with the help of CAB. One debt i have is with my sons private day nursery(which he is currently not attending). When I was working, i was getting help from tax credits for childcare costs. Can this debt still be added in my bankruptcy?

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!

Any unsecured debr that has been incurred prior to you declaring yourself bankrupt can be included in the bankruptcy. However do not forget to include the debt in your Statement of Affairs.
