Posted - 21 July 2011 : 08:48:03 Hi there
My question is quite complex. I was made bankrupt in Nov 2009 and was discharged in May 2010.Im my soa paperwork I placed all bank accounts down.I have just recieved this week a bank statement form one of the accounts in the soa. So I ask as I am now out of my bankruptcy is this money mine as the OR should have already siezed and closed the account?
This is not all, after closer inspection I have realised a direct debit is still being taken out of the account which is for house insurance. For a house that I sold in April 2007. They have said if I can proove the sale they may backdate all money, which equates to over a £1000. So I now ask another question,if they do backdate the payment as I have got a land registry document to proove the sale, will the money be mine? will the money belong to the Official Reciever or will half belong to me up until the bankruptcy and the other to the OR
our help would be very much appreciatd in this matter
