Posted - 19 February 2012 : 20:27:28 I am being taken to court. The official receiver is looking for an IPO. It is a figure of £900 per month. If it is at this rate I will not be able to pay my mortgage. I am concerned that I will loose my home and would like to know what course of action I should take.

You need to contact the OR as the figures they have may be wrong. They will only take disposable income if it is over £20 per month.
