Posted - 22 February 2012 : 10:22:32 Do you need to be a director to fulfill those responsibilities? The company I work for has quality accreditations and the person responsible is not a director.
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.

I have grounds for remaining the director on a number of fronts, one I am the only one who knows the customer and suppliers and who does what. The company is ISO and AS9100 and I am Executive Responsible for Quality. If I am unable to "manage the company" then it will simply not survive. I think it might be form N242 or N244 that I need but I am not sure
