Thanks for that, however the court have been unable to advise! I have grounds for remaining the director on a number of fronts, one I am the only one who knows the customer and suppliers and who does what. The company is ISO and AS9100 and I am Executive Responsible for Quality. If I am unable to "manage the company" then it will simply not survive. I think it might be form N242 or N244 that I need but I am not sure
Do you need to be a director to fulfill those responsibilities? The company I work for has quality accreditations and the person responsible is not a director.
