Hi there,
A year ago I went through the bankruptcy procedure. Officialy on 3rd March 2011 to be exact. I went through the OR and then (still) with the trustees. They don't answer my questions or ask me much. Tell me, if this is still 'work in progress' will I still be automatically discharged on 3rd March 2012? Its all about what my ex-husband owes me through a Court Order that the trustees have ownership of now anyway - confused at the lack of communication from the trustees!

It should show as discharged as Viki says.
Check again and then print it off as you may need it in future.

You will still show as BR, but the status will have changed to discharged, or is that not showing?
