This is my situation.
Credit card debt fromn 2003 £3,350. was paying off £40 a month until recently, can't afford to now. they re getting more aggressive and have passed on to a doorstep collection agency.
Employment - casual, very quiet at moment last 2 months have earned £200 and $225.
Accomodation - bedsit, not very nice, £350 per month including bills, only place i could get without a deposit. arrears £150, due £350, eviction a real possibility.
Assets - bank account plus cash £14, personal assets of a sellable nature nil, you'd probaly get £50 tops at a car boot sale for what i own!
The accomodtion issue is not the problem at the moment, i can stall for a bit, and i have plenty of work coming up in the next 2 months, but it will take that and longer just to catch up with my finances. The collection agency won't listen to my explanation of current situation, and won't wait.
Suggestions please.

If this is your only debt then I suggest you make an appointment with a Money Advisor at your local CAB who can help you.
