Posted - 18 January 2013 : 15:57:47 My ex partner and I both had IVA's. I completed my 60 repayments and his failed and he was made bankrupt. We split up half way through the IVA term. We also jointly own a property. Should our IP also be his bankruptcy trustee? We are at logger heads over the property as she as the bankruptcy trustee is looking to force a sale which I am fighting

His IP can be his trustee in bankruptcy.
I'm really sorry that you're having to go through this. Can you afford an insolvency lawyer to represent you in court?
