My ex partner and I both had IVA's. I completed my 60 repayments and his failed and he was made bankrupt. We split up half way through the IVA term. We also jointly own a property. Should our IP also be his bankruptcy trustee? We are at logger heads over the property as she as the bankruptcy trustee is looking to force a sale which I am fighting

Hi Loz,

His IP can be his trustee in bankruptcy.

I'm really sorry that you're having to go through this. Can you afford an insolvency lawyer to represent you in court?
