Equifax and experian can both be ordered online for £2 each, callcredit is also £2 but i think you have to write to them.

For the links have a look in my blog.

Best of luck

Good luck today, and please don't worry about prison. As Jo says none of us borrowed the money without intending to pay it back.

Hi MD7

Let paul go through your options with you and dont worry about the "Prison" thing, we all look back and querie what we spent our money on etc etc, but none of us deliberately took credit with no intention of paying it back, its all circumstantial.

Dont go worrying about something that may never be, otherwise you will drive yourself insane and life is too short for that.

Take care and let us know what happens.

LOL all your friends on the forum ;-)

Hi

will be good to go over everything so that you can get some peace of mind, understand the process and get a plan of action together.

If you view this like a military operation then you won't forget anything and you will plan to succeed with the minimum of stress.

take care

thanks for the info skippy. i take it you need some kind of credit or debit card to get this information. iam going to make an appointment with reviva tommorrow [thanks to paul]. the other worry i have is everybody keeps saying dont use a credit card if you cant pay the first three payments. guess what i did. I have a sick feeling thst i am going to prison.

Skippy Posted - 17 November 2008 : 20:24:19
You might need to get a copy of all 3 credit files - Experian, Equifax and Callcredit. I've found that some of my creditors reported to one agency and not the others.
