Posted - 19 November 2008 : 19:24:46 Are residents of Guernsey able to utilise solutions from the Insolvency Act '86. I.e. can a Guernsey resident declare UK bankruptcy or enter into an IVA. If not, what options are available to the channel islands?
Thanks

Where can I find the literature relating to this? Is it available on the internet that anyone is aware of?

in Guernsey the process is slightly different. Instead of the official receicer you have the Vicount and you use the Royal Courts of Guernsey
