Posted - 18 January 2009 : 20:03:22 is bankruptcy my only way i have approx 28,000 in debt but i am in reciept of income support and incapcity benefit and am reg disabled im by noway proud of myself but can't see a way out please help

First of all please do not be too hard on yourself NOONE will judge you here and secondly would it be possible for you to post a few more details i.e. Do you have any assets like a car or house ? if so what are the values and is there any equity in them ?

from the information you have above it is impossible to give you full advice. We would need to know about your assets ( house, car, valuable items etc ) so that we can advise you what would happen to these.
We would also need to know what your income is and is that likjely to increase / change in the short to medium term future.
Hopefull ywith a little more info we can give you some advice about all the debt soultions not just Br.
