is bankruptcy my only way i have approx 28,000 in debt but i am in reciept of income support and incapcity benefit and am reg disabled im by noway proud of myself but can't see a way out please help
from the information you have above it is impossible to give you full advice. We would need to know about your assets ( house, car, valuable items etc ) so that we can advise you what would happen to these.
We would also need to know what your income is and is that likjely to increase / change in the short to medium term future.
Hopefull ywith a little more info we can give you some advice about all the debt soultions not just Br.

First of all please do not be too hard on yourself NOONE will judge you here and secondly would it be possible for you to post a few more details i.e. Do you have any assets like a car or house ? if so what are the values and is there any equity in them ?
