Posted - 29 January 2009 : 00:18:52 Hi, if I change my bank account and open a savings account whilst un-discharged, do I have to inform the OR?
Cheers,

Posted - 29 January 2009 : 23:59:47 Thanks for your answers, one institution has said it should be fine to open a savings account, just as long as you show them your bankruptcy order.
If this turns out now to be the case, as suggested, I'll get another current account as a "savings". |

Posted - 29 January 2009 : 20:40:01 I changed my bank account before I was discharged and I never informed the OR.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
