Hi, if I change my bank account and open a savings account whilst un-discharged, do I have to inform the OR?
Cheers,

Hey Zamfir
Im not sure if you will get a savings account whilst in bankruptcy.....I do know a few of us have opened up a second cashminder account - would that be of any use to you ?
Onwards and Upwards is the way im going :-0)
From "Moneyworries" to "Movin On" in 3 months is fantastic :-))

I changed my bank account before I was discharged and I never informed the OR.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Thanks for your answers, one institution has said it should be fine to open a savings account, just as long as you show them your bankruptcy order.
If this turns out now to be the case, as suggested, I'll get another current account as a "savings". |
