Does it affect my life here?? Australian Insolvency Law is no doubt very different from the UK so I am unable to advise you.

I'm sorry I can't help with your questions, but as a very very new starting member to this site, I just wanted to say that someone with some knowledge will be along soon to help you with your question. I just remember how frustrating it is when so many people read your post but no one replies!
