Posted - 16 March 2009 : 22:02:41 Hi
just carry on with the transfers. These are priority "debts" and therefore perfectly ok.

Posted - 16 March 2009 : 21:59:23 I am transferring my Virgin Media to my rented property as well as my utilities. I don't have to tell them about my impending BR as they are not creditors is that right? or do they get informed as a matter of course. I have not listed either Virgin Media (although one of my creditors is Virgin Credit Card??!!! so will they know - similar situation to my Cat Insurance on previous thread) or Scottish Power as am doing a direct transfer to my new accommodation. I have never missed payment on either of them.
