Posted - 17 March 2009 : 13:11:52 You have to ring the court to book the appointment (unless you live within the High Court jurisdiction in London) - depending on which court area within which you live it will depend on how long you have to wait some will fit you in within a week, others up to 6 weeks - so i would get on the phone speak to the bankruptcy clerk at the court and book the appointment.
