Hi,
Can you tell me if you need an appointment with the court to petition and pay the fee, or do you just turn up on the day and wait?

Thanks

You have to ring the court to book the appointment (unless you live within the High Court jurisdiction in London) - depending on which court area within which you live it will depend on how long you have to wait some will fit you in within a week, others up to 6 weeks - so i would get on the phone speak to the bankruptcy clerk at the court and book the appointment.
