Posted - 29 April 2009 : 10:20:51 Hi. I was made bankrupt 2 years ago. My salary is paid into a Alliance & Leicester savings account. Our new payroll system cannot now pay my salary into this account, as it can only pay into current accounts. All my current account applications so far get rejected when I say I am bankrupt. Is there a solution ? |

Are you sure you are still bankrupt? Unless you had a bankruptcy restriction order put in place you have probably been automatically discharged at a year.
