Posted - 30 April 2009 : 15:35:34 if you are a director of alimited company you will have to cease directorship but if you are sole trader then apart from the restrictions whilst BR ie. no credit over £500 you should be fine

Posted - 30 April 2009 : 13:36:45 there is nothing to stop you continuing with your self employment - but you have to trade in the name under which you bankrupt
