Posted - 02 May 2009 : 05:53:47 I would rather use a Credit Management Company to resolve my debt problems, unfortunately there are to many out there that have caused friends of mine hassle and I have been told I should just go bankrupt and avoid this option. My Questions are "Should I go Bankrupt rather than attempt Credit Management?" and If I do use a UK based Credit Management Company "Which Company would be the best to go with?"

Posted - 02 May 2009 : 08:33:10 You should never go bankrupt unless it is really your best option and certainly not to save any hassle.
Speak to a couple of Insolvency Practitioners about your situation and to find out your options. Good ones that spring to mind are:
