Posted - 15 May 2009 : 14:36:45 My debt company and debts were run up at my parents house, but I am now renting in a different county. Which address would go down as the primary address? And would if effect the other people at either address?

Posted - 15 May 2009 : 14:40:25 Your debt and your bankruptcy order would only affect you - no one else. If you files for bankruptcy you would need to disclose your previous address as well as your current address
