My debt company and debts were run up at my parents house, but I am now renting in a different county. Which address would go down as the primary address? And would if effect the other people at either address?
Your debt and your bankruptcy order would only affect you - no one else. If you files for bankruptcy you would need to disclose your previous address as well as your current address
