Posted - 12 July 2009 : 19:40:06 I am filing for bankrupcy in the next couple of weeks i have a mortgage of £114000 and the property is worth around £130000 do i have to lose my house ? Is there anyway that we can keep the house we have never missed any payments and its all we left to give the children when their older and when we have gone !! Going out of my mind with worry please help

We have all been there.
You can now teach your children how to value money and not to take on credit if they can't afford it.
